I stayed at this hotel located near the back entrance. The room was clean and updated, with great water pressure in the bathroom, but the noise from the air conditioner/heater across the parking area was a bit bothersome. The service was awesome, very helpful, though the staff seemed distant and not outwardly friendly. The location was excellent, right outside of Lassen National Park with clean surroundings and good food options nearby. The dining experience was great with a variety of offerings. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and pretty quiet, plus they had a microwave and refrigerator, which was a definite plus. The service was friendly, and to my surprise, they offered us a pack-and-play for our infant daughter. The location was ideal for visiting Lassen Volcanic National Park, only a 40-minute drive to the south entrance. The dining included perfectly cooked bacon and omelets, with a lot of choices available.
